Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fausto Casals started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Zubizarreta in the 3rd minute of play forced Los Olmos's goalkeeper Ferrer Alavedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferrer Alavedra made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Mingo Zabalo sent off a good shot on target. Los Olmos's Ferrer Alavedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Zubizarreta in the 6th minute of play. Ferrer Alavedra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justino Zubizarreta went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. El Palo CF's Arnaldo Saboya got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, Los Olmos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Casals to maneuver through the defense. Ferrer Alavedra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Zubizarreta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Mingo Zabalo managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Palo CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Mingo Zabalo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferrer Alavedra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mingo Zabalo got free with Ferrer Alavedra in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ferrer Alavedra made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Ciano Martinez sent off a good shot on target. Mingo Zabalo might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ferrer Alavedra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mingo Zabalo ran back to his position shaking his head. Mingo Zabalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mingo Zabalo got free with Ferrer Alavedra in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mingo Zabalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ferrer Alavedra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes in the game, Justino Zubizarreta fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ferrer Alavedra having to interfere. Justino Zubizarreta struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Ferrer Alavedra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Palo CF. Ferrer Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Zubizarreta in the 42nd minute of play. If Justino Zubizarreta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 48 minutes, Mingo Zabalo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Palo CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mingo Zabalo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Mingo Zabalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferrer Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Zubizarreta in the 57th minute of play. Ferrer Alavedra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mingo Zabalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Mingo Zabalo's late challenge caught a Los Olmos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mingo Zabalo helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 played minutes El Palo CF got a freekick which was hit by Mingo Zabalo. Ferrer Alavedra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Zubizarreta in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mingo Zabalo in the 69th minute of play forced Los Olmos's goalkeeper Ferrer Alavedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferrer Alavedra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mingo Zabalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Fausto Casals fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roi Fernandez having to interfere. Ferrer Alavedra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Zubizarreta in the 85th minute of the match. When Mingo Zabalo came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the El Palo CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mingo Zabalo couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, Mingo Zabalo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justino Zubizarreta in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferrer Alavedra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner ended in Arnaldo Saboya almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Olmos's Ferrer Alavedra did a great save. El Palo CF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
