The referee showed Andrei Rienda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anaya Bellido walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 26th minute, Musko Acarreta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Gomezity booed when Cristelos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abejundio Baños didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abejundio Baños got free with Aratz Aballe in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abejundio Baños could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Aratz Aballe made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lalo Cambero to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Alanzo Zurica was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gomezity's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cristelos the free kick. In the 79th minute, Musko Acarreta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Josue Bajo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Vicente having to interfere.
