Carmelo Rajoi took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gorka Laredo. Gorka Laredo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Basílio Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gorka Laredo having to interfere. Carmelo Rajoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmelo Rajoi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 18th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Carmelo Rajoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. RACING Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Rajoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gorka Laredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basílio Amorim got free with Gorka Laredo in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gorka Laredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basílio Amorim couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute, Mon Rapado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Montxo Griful. The goal made the score 4-1. The RACING Club fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when RACING Club's Basílio Amorim looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. RACING Club made a substitution. Carlo Arias replaced Carmelo Rajoi. For all the effort they put into the match, the ELXOKAS FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RACING Club.
