Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ion Menendez to make the kick off. Ariel Ortiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Galsino Roig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Hitzeder Arratia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.D. Belmonte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hitzeder Arratia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 81st minute, Federico Gimeno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CDM Satorans fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. In the 85th minute, Hitzeder Arratia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaston Saavedra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Czeslaw Raszek. C.D. Belmonte's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to C.D. Belmonte getting a freekick after 89 minutes play.
