Catarroja AFC's Xurdin Mendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidor Garay in the 27th minute of play. Catarroja AFC's Peru Novo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 30th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for PERICO IRLANDES. PERICO IRLANDES's Isidor Garay got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xurdin Mendez came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by PERICO IRLANDES's Isidor Garay. But to his dismay, Isidor Garay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

In the 94th minute, Serafo Pais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peru Novo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Isidor Garay came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the PERICO IRLANDES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidor Garay couldn't finish the play.
