Spectators: 7314 (Terracing: 5487, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pepito Castaño started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Apellaniz's Pepito Castaño ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Brun Losada. Brun Losada yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 8th minute, Lordi Jareño ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brun Losada was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Xurxo Domenech had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lordi Jareño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Brun Losada made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Pepito Castaño took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Brun Losada to make any attempt to save it. Pepito Castaño struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Brun Losada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apellaniz. After some careless play in the Bastardians CF defense, Xurxo Domenech kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brun Losada. The Bastardians CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brun Losada should have stopped the shot. Brun Losada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pepito Castaño in the 26th minute of the match. Brun Losada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pepito Castaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, Bastardians CF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pepito Castaño fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 36 minutes into the match, Guillermo Suarez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Brun Losada, 6-0. Xurxo Domenech sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brun Losada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lordi Jareño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marek van Basten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andresito Ruiz in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomualdo Albizua was the one to do the kick off. Tomualdo Albizua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek van Basten having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Apellaniz's zone, Andresito Ruiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marek van Basten came out of the goal and Andresito Ruiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bastardians CF's goalkeeper Brun Losada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepito Castaño in the 65th minute of play forced Bastardians CF's goalkeeper Brun Losada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Baldemer Flores shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brun Losada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Apellaniz's goalkeeper Marek van Basten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomualdo Albizua. 71 minutes into the match, Bastardians CF's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Suarez came free, but Brun Losada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bastardians CF's Brun Losada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xurxo Domenech in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Bastardians CF's goal looked a bit too open when Pepito Castaño came free, but Brun Losada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 played minutes Bastardians CF got a freekick which was hit by Andresito Ruiz. Brun Losada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pepito Castaño in the 82nd minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Bastardians CF's goal looked a bit too open when Lordi Jareño came free, but Brun Losada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Pepito Castaño had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brun Losada. Bastardians CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pepito Castaño was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0.
