Niva Torres made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Imanol Ponce sent off a good shot on target. 11 minutes into the match, C.D.RIOGORDO's goalkeeper Niva Torres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mateo Blazquez. After a defensive mix-up in C.D.RIOGORDO's zone, Xusto Morcego stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niva Torres came out of the goal and Xusto Morcego tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute, Txema Lorenzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niva Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celino Vilanova, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tacito Cordoba hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Haitz Palencia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Solymar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Haitz Palencia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niva Torres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henric Clemente blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Carreira having to make a save. Henric Clemente scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Carreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 31 minutes of play, C.D.RIOGORDO's Henric Clemente made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Carreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mateo Blazquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Niva Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Celino Vilanova cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Niva Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 51 played minutes Real Solymar FC got a freekick which was hit by Haitz Palencia. Mateo Blazquez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niva Torres having to make a save. Henric Clemente scored 2-3 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Carreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. C.D.RIOGORDO's Niva Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Imanol Ponce in the 64th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Real Solymar FC got a freekick which was hit by Peio Santander. Niva Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celino Vilanova in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henric Clemente in the 74th minute of play forced Real Solymar FC's goalkeeper Rolando Carreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Real Solymar FC's Mateo Blazquez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niva Torres narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Galsino Ramiréz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rolando Carreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henric Clemente in the 84th minute of play. Celino Vilanova took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niva Torres. Niva Torres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xusto Morcego in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niva Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Real Solymar FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
