Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Masarrochos FC's Argenis Treviño started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Bahiano Caminero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fertus Rapado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Xiao Casas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Masarrochos FC's Bahiano Cartagena. Bahiano Cartagena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucio Bacete during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Antolin Abrego hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Masarrochos FC's zone, Fertus Rapado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bahiano Cartagena came out of the goal and Fertus Rapado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 21 minutes, Argenis Treviño managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Masarrochos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Argenis Treviño was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Rinconadilla's goalkeeper Chano Bernal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amat Balboa. Erhard Odenthal kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Chano Bernal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Regis Baeza. After 34 played minutes Masarrochos FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Bacete. Bahiano Cartagena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xiao Casas in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xiao Casas in the 40th minute of play forced Masarrochos FC's goalkeeper Bahiano Cartagena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucio Bacete was shown his second yellow card after 41 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Masarrochos FC's Bahiano Cartagena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xorxe Caminero in the 45th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Masarrochos FC's Vermudo Hernandez got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Masarrochos FC's Bahiano Cartagena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xiao Casas in the 61st minute of play. Masarrochos FC's Amat Balboa got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bahiano Cartagena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xiao Casas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Amat Balboa came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Masarrochos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amat Balboa couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Xiao Casas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bahiano Cartagena was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Vermudo Hernandez hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Argenis Treviño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Masarrochos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Argenis Treviño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chano Bernal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute Xiao Casas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahiano Cartagena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute Rinconadilla were awarded a corner. Antolin Abrego went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Rinconadilla's corner Antolin Abrego fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bahiano Cartagena quite easily take care of the ball. Amat Balboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the game, Xiao Casas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bahiano Cartagena. Xiao Casas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bahiano Caminero got free with Bahiano Cartagena in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Masarrochos FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rinconadilla were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
