Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iratze Zaplana started the match with the kick off. Monte Taules struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Joanes Ortiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balares. In the 5th minute Montez Tobia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joanes Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Iratze Zaplana took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Oscar Leseduarte to make any attempt to save it. After 10 played minutes Fuentespalda got a freekick which was hit by Marques Marcos. The supporters of Fuentespalda booed when Balares was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristián Taules didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 16 minutes, Perico Morales managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fuentespalda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Perico Morales was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18thth minute of the game Iratze Zaplana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Balares's Oscar Leseduarte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Perico Morales got free with Oscar Leseduarte in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Perico Morales managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fuentespalda's supporters rose to their feet, but Perico Morales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Leseduarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd minute, Fuentespalda's Iratze Zaplana dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Oscar Leseduarte made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Perico Morales sent off a good shot on target. Perico Morales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Oscar Leseduarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Iratze Zaplana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Monte Taules kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. When Perico Morales came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Fuentespalda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Perico Morales couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Montez Tobia to make the kick off. Perico Morales recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute Iratze Zaplana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Leseduarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Balares's Oscar Leseduarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iratze Zaplana in the 59th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Balares's goal looked a bit too open when Perico Morales came free, but Oscar Leseduarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Balares getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Monte Taules hit a great ball. Oscar Leseduarte came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Fuentespalda's Perico Morales. But to his dismay, Perico Morales quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Fuentespalda's Perico Morales got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iratze Zaplana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Perico Morales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monte Taules got his second yellow card in the match during the 76th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Fuentespalda booed when Balares was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Monte Taules didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Leseduarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iratze Zaplana in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Perico Morales in the 80th minute of play forced Balares's goalkeeper Oscar Leseduarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fuentespalda's Iratze Zaplana in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Balares's goalie prevented a goal. Turi Nobo struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Oscar Leseduarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fuentespalda. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iratze Zaplana in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Leseduarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Monte Zaplana hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Perico Morales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrico Carballido kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Oscar Leseduarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iratze Zaplana in the 97th minute of play.
