Team Grizi's Milio Colsa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Erosa in the 4th minute of play. Paquito Pedriza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Milio Colsa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 10 minutes, Cirilo Cuervas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team Grizi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cirilo Cuervas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Milio Colsa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xuaco Font, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milio Colsa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franco Erosa's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Xose Riells hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Isandro Rua might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Milio Colsa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isandro Rua ran back to his position shaking his head. Xuaco Font blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Milio Colsa having to make a save. Cirilo Cuervas struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Higinio Leal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Grizi. Sanson Paz's late challenge caught a Team Grizi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sanson Paz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Team Grizi booed when Lindes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sanson Paz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Louis Puig was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Team Grizi's zone, Xuaco Font stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Milio Colsa came out of the goal and Xuaco Font tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute, Franco Erosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Higinio Leal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louis Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Cirilo Cuervas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Higinio Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Xuaco Font had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franco Erosa took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Milio Colsa. Milio Colsa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franco Erosa in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Milio Colsa saved Team Grizi from getting behind. Xuaco Font fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milio Colsa having to interfere. The Lindes players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
