Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Paulenca CD's zone, William Abancens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angel Cuadrado came out of the goal and William Abancens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angel Cuadrado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torcuato Alcalde in the 4th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Elian Izaguirre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Botjosa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paulenca CD the free kick. After 8 played minutes La Botjosa got a freekick which was hit by Elian Izaguirre. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Lermo in the 11th minute of play forced La Botjosa's goalkeeper Tomualdo Maroto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oriche Urquijo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. A collision led to La Botjosa getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Oscar Batuecas hit a great ball. Tomualdo Maroto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Lermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 25 minutes into the game, Enzo Lermo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paulenca CD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Botjosa the free kick. In the 25th match minute, Paulenca CD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Lermo to maneuver through the defense. Angel Cuadrado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torcuato Alcalde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomualdo Maroto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angel Gasso in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Zenon Montero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torcuato Alcalde in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angel Cuadrado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pau Rivera kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Zenon Montero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomualdo Maroto. That made the score 1-0 in the 47 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torcuato Alcalde to make the kick off. La Botjosa's Antolin Marin got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 58 played minutes La Botjosa got a freekick which was hit by Oriche Urquijo. Angel Cuadrado was a little too slow when Esteve Rossello got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 1-1. After 65 minutes of play, La Botjosa's Torcuato Alcalde made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angel Cuadrado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulenca CD's Zenon Montero got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Zenon Montero off the ground. After 68 played minutes Paulenca CD got a freekick which was hit by Zenon Montero. Torcuato Alcaldes short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Angel Cuadrado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Quirze Rajoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 77 minutes, Quirze Rajoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paulenca CD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quirze Rajoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Quirze Rajoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 97 minutes into the game, Torcuato Alcalde cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Angel Cuadrado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. La Botjosa played a much better game than Paulenca CD and deserved their victory. The Paulenca CD players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
