The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baudilio Alvarez was the one to do the kick off. In the 96th minute, Benimeli's Santxo Aguado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Brun Etxeberria. Brun Etxeberria yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Benimeli walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
