In the 8thth minute of the game Rainerio Gómez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C.Torelló's Gau Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute Ander Feal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gau Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gau Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ander Feal in the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, F.C.Torelló's Norberto Saldanha got a free kick in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, F.C.Torelló's goal looked a bit too open when Aintza Bueno came free, but Gau Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Norberto Saldanha sped through Caparro CF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benjamin Sampil. Gau Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aintza Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute Aintza Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gau Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gau Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rainerio Gómez in the 25th minute of play. When Norberto Saldanha came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the F.C.Torelló fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Saldanha couldn't finish the play. Luis-Jose Cacheres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norberto Saldanhas short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Benjamin Sampil to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in F.C.Torelló's zone, Rainerio Gómez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gau Vera came out of the goal and Rainerio Gómez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gau Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anxelu Cuervas in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aintza Bueno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gau Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rainerio Gómez in the 53rd minute. Aintza Bueno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gau Vera having to make a save. In the 56th minute, Rainerio Gómez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gau Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rainerio Gómez in the 58th minute. Gau Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aintza Bueno in the 61st minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Rainerio Gómez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gau Vera. The goal made the score 1-1. Rainerio Gómez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Gau Vera made a huge save. Norberto Saldanha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ander Feal hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Gau Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aintza Bueno's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Archibaldo Losada might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Sampil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Archibaldo Losada ran back to his position shaking his head. 2-1 became the score in the 92nd minute when Norberto Saldanha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
