The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aintza Bueno during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th minute, Aintza Bueno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaitano Alabern struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Benjamin Sampil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Konos. Florentino Calderon might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Sampil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florentino Calderon ran back to his position shaking his head. Florentino Calderon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Benjamin Sampil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Sampil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Calderon in the 21st minute of the match. Ander Feal hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Gaitano Alabern struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. FC Konos's Gabon Lastras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rainerio Gómez in the 33rd minute of play. Aintza Bueno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35 played minutes FC Konos got a freekick which was hit by Airas Sevilla. With splendid footwork Florentino Calderon arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-0 by the left pole in the game's 42nd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Aintza Bueno came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Caparro CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aintza Bueno couldn't finish the play. If Aintza Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 played minutes Caparro CF got a freekick which was hit by Ander Feal. In the 61st minute, Ander Feal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabon Lastras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rainerio Gómez in the 63rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rainerio Gómez got free with Gabon Lastras in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benjamin Sampil came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Konos's Florentino Calderon. But to his dismay, Florentino Calderon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Benjamin Sampil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Calderon in the 70th minute of play. Gaitano Alabern received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Benjamin Sampil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Florentino Calderon came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the FC Konos fans jumped to their feet. Caparro CF's Benjamin Sampil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaitano Alabern in the 78th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaitano Alabern in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Sampil saved Caparro CF from getting behind. In the 82nd match minute, Caparro CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anxelu Cuervas to maneuver through the defense. Florentino Calderon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Benjamin Sampil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Sampil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaitano Alabern, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 98th minute Florentino Calderon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Sampil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
