Yongyuth Yi-Sheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Pabon, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Eulalio Colsa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Coira in the 25th minute of the match. Eulalio Colsa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peyo Arias in the 41st minute of play. Nikos F.C.'s Hector Pabon got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Peyo Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peyo Arias in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eulalio Colsa saved Nikos F.C. from getting behind. After the first half Weswit were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Peyo Arias made the kick off in the second half. If Peyo Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peyo Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eulalio Colsa having to interfere. Weswit's Yongyuth Yi-Sheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Marin in the 74th minute of play. Dario Coira kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Peyo Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Luis Marin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Weswit's Peyo Arias got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Zeruko Echeto came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Weswit fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeruko Echeto couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
