Geronimo Valerón hit a great ball. Perbes SAD's Siwakorn Khamkhou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aparicio Vallejo in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Gummeson in the 36th minute of play forced Formiche Bajo's goalkeeper Taio Izquierdo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Aaron Gummeson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Perbes SAD's Antoni Camarasa got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Perbes SAD were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Siwakorn Khamkhou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Serra in the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Antoni Camarasa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Taio Izquierdo, 0-3.
