Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Sebastián Serena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Kepa Mata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rufo Cabada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rufo Cabada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan-Luis Jareño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Otxarkoaga UD's Orlando Litago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aritz Losada in the 29th minute of play. Sebastián Serena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Piotr Zdeb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Otxarkoaga UD's goalkeeper Orlando Litago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastián Serena. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kepa Mata made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Efraín De Toro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rufo Cabada. U.E Seva's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Efraín De Toro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Orlando Litago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aznar Jauregui in the 56th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Piotr Zdeb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Litago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaitano Cayuela scored 3-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orlando Litago, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of U.E Seva booed when Otxarkoaga UD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirino Duran didn't get a good kick on the ball. U.E Seva's César Gimeno was substituted for Etor Pascua. U.E Seva's Rufo Cabada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kepa Mata in the 75th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Otxarkoaga UD's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Zdeb came free, but Orlando Litago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaitano Cayuela charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaitano Cayuela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to U.E Seva getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Gaitano Cayuela hit a great ball. Orlando Litago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastián Serena, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Piotr Zdeb made a precise shot to the right of Orlando Litago. Otxarkoaga UD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. In the 96th minute, Piotr Zdeb got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. U.E Seva had played much better football throughout.
