Currito Ponte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Allanson in the 14th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Olias's zone, Placido Quesada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Currito Ponte came out of the goal and Placido Quesada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacob Allanson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Currito Ponte having to make a save. Placido Quesada who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Currito Ponte when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 21st match minute, Olias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Montay Teruel to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Olias's goalkeeper Currito Ponte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Huguet. Olias's Currito Ponte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Olias from getting a goal against them. Goyo Perpiñán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Montay Teruel in the 26th minute of the match. Currito Ponte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Natalio Huguet went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Montay Teruel to strike the kick off in the second half. When Natalio Huguet fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Pedro Del Romeral's protests and gave Natalio Huguet a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Olias booed when San Pedro Del Romeral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Huguet didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gervasio Jurado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Currito Ponte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Allanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Jacob Allanson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Pedro Del Romeral's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacob Allanson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Currito Ponte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Allanson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Currito Ponte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Allanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. San Pedro Del Romeral's Jacob Allanson got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Currito Ponte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. San Pedro Del Romeral had played much better football throughout.
