With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fagondo Tormes in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Segundo Gil saved Alcantarilla Deportivo from getting behind. Fagondo Tormes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Segundo Gil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mino Merino's late challenge caught a JR7's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mino Merino helped the player get up and apologised. Segundo Gil went to the wrong direction when Gaskon Encina was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Fagondo Tormes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Segundo Gil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. If Fagondo Tormes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Macabeo Feria charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Macabeo Feria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Macabeo Feria kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Leopoldo Roig scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angel Sarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Segundo Gil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fagondo Tormes's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Alcantarilla Deportivo's zone, Orlan Velasco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Segundo Gil came out of the goal and Orlan Velasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fagondo Tormes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Segundo Gil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Laurgain Infante hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Fagondo Tormes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valerio Fresnos was the one to do the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Dolfos Ramirez in the 53rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by JR7's Jacob Lopez de Toro. In the 56th minute, Fagondo Tormes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Segundo Gil didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when JR7's Fagondo Tormes shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlan Velasco in the 62nd minute of play forced Alcantarilla Deportivo's goalkeeper Segundo Gil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Gil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JR7. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Fagondo Tormes sped through Alcantarilla Deportivo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Segundo Gil. Angel Sarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergi Arenas in the 86th minute. Isaac Ricoy was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 88 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Alcantarilla Deportivo defense, Silverio Barbosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Segundo Gil. The Alcantarilla Deportivo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Segundo Gil should have stopped the shot. Silverio Barbosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Segundo Gil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silverio Barbosa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 100th minute, Porfirio Casillas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. JR7 had played much better football throughout.
