One of 2K10 Yumanyi Steam:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of El Pedroso:s goal. Nicolao Mata walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. El Pedroso's Jacques Abellan got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacques Abellan scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Javier Benet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Jacques Abellan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Javier Benet was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristiano Prieto in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Javier Benet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in 2K10 Yumanyi Steam's zone, Jacques Abellan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Benet came out of the goal and Jacques Abellan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute Cristiano Prieto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Benet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Prieto struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Javier Benet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Pedroso. After the first half El Pedroso were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacques Abellan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 81st minute, Ilixo Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yvon Morado's late challenge caught a El Pedroso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 93 minutes, José Carceles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Pedroso and the 2K10 Yumanyi Steam players grew even worse after the yellow card. José Carceles hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. El Pedroso's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
