Bautista Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrés Gil having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Baldomero Buenafuente notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Renteria's Andrés Gil. Andrés Gil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andrés Gil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moisés Marquez went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Andrés Gil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yiyo Armada in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Echeto in the 34th minute of play forced ALFREDO´S CLUB's goalkeeper Amato Nafría to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes of play, ALFREDO´S CLUB's Moisés Marquez made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrés Gil was left in no man's land by his defense there! Andrés Gil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moisés Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Echeto made a kick off. After a rather tough play, ALFREDO´S CLUB's Guillermo Teresa got a free kick in the 51st minute. When Marcio Marcos came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Renteria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcio Marcos couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute, Diego Echeto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Renteria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Amato Nafría showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cambranes Beloki in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ALFREDO´S CLUB's goalkeeper Amato Nafría, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amato Nafría made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Echeto in the 65th minute of play. Diego Echeto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A hard shot 68 in the game by Baldomero Buenafuente from a close distance when the talented Andrés Gil managed to make a qualified save. Renteria's players were relieved. Anibal Abasalo struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Amato Nafría didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Renteria. Michael Mezquita kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. A collision led to Renteria getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Solustiano Valines hit a great ball. If Bautista Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrés Gil made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Baldomero Buenafuente sent off a good shot on target. Belarmino Villar kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Cristo Peña's late challenge caught a ALFREDO´S CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristo Peña helped the player get up and apologised. After 84 played minutes Renteria got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Peña. Andrés Gil acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 86th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nesto Perez. Andrés Gil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Buenafuente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrés Gil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baldomero Buenafuente in the 89th minute. Anibal Abasalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Renteria supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ALFREDO´S CLUB's performance. The match ended with a win for ALFREDO´S CLUB.
