If Urbano Cortes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rufio Dulce got free with Damario Cabrera in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Marines in the 12th minute of play forced Correchouso's goalkeeper Damario Cabrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Correchouso's Generoso Galdamez got a free kick in the 17th minute. Juan Orti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Damario Cabrera made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hondo Quintero during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Correchouso getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hondo Quintero hit a great ball. Correchouso's Ion Gimeno got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes in the game, Rufio Dulce dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Rufio Dulce did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Damario Cabrera 29 minutes into the match. Teodor Barbosa's late challenge caught a El Raval CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodor Barbosa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th minute, Teodor Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Rufio Dulce came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the El Raval CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rufio Dulce couldn't finish the play. Rufio Dulce blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damario Cabrera having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 56th minute, Emesto Hevia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damario Cabrera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Rufio Dulce put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Damario Cabrera. Urbano Cortes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Damario Cabrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Jaime Marines made a precise shot to the right of Damario Cabrera. Correchouso's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 86th minute, Emesto Hevia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Raval CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Damario Cabrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Cortes in the 91st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Correchouso's Yuri Varela got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 96 minutes into the match, El Raval CF's goal looked a bit too open when Ion Gimeno came free, but Cristian Campoamor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
