After 16 played minutes AMBAR-THAI got a freekick which was hit by Xian Gil. If Heliodoro Zubizarreta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The audience was convinced that Maximino Alarcon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hector Leon was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 27 minutes into the match, AMBAR-THAI's goal looked a bit too open when Oliviero Navas came free, but Hector Leon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heliodoro Zubizarreta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Leon having to interfere. Hector Leon came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Yeclano c.f.'s Maximino Alarcon. But to his dismay, Maximino Alarcon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Oliviero Navas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Hector Leon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xian Gil charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xian Gil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to AMBAR-THAI getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Xian Gil hit a great ball. Hector Leon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliviero Navas in the 40th minute of the match. After some careless play in the AMBAR-THAI defense, Dante Mendez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Leon. The AMBAR-THAI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Leon should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Heliodoro Zubizarreta to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Alarcon in the 51st minute of play forced AMBAR-THAI's goalkeeper Hector Leon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlo Carro struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Hector Leon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yeclano c.f.. Yeclano c.f.'s Dante Mendez got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of AMBAR-THAI booed when Yeclano c.f. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Vagrande didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Edgar Mazurkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximino Alarcon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hector Leon having to make a save. Oliviero Navas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Leon having to interfere. Maximino Alarcon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Hector Leon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in AMBAR-THAI's zone, Edgar Mazurkiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Leon came out of the goal and Edgar Mazurkiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 74 minutes of play, Yeclano c.f.'s Maximino Alarcon made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hector Leon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Heliodoro Zubizarreta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximino Alarcon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Leon having to interfere. Maximino Alarcon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Hector Leon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute of the game, Maximino Alarcon landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 91 minutes into the game, Guillen Vagrande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AMBAR-THAI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yeclano c.f. the free kick. A collision led to AMBAR-THAI getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Guillen Vagrande hit a great ball. When the match was over Yeclano c.f. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AMBAR-THAI throughout the match.
