Marchamalo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pepito Maldonado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marchamalo FC's Marcos Belalcaraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Mudarra in the 88th minute of play. Larra Quintas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Montay Prats having to interfere. Marchamalo FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Orihuela CF for a fine match.
