Spectators: 6699 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Herminio Mudarra got the match started through his kick off. Goren Cifuentes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Mudarra in the 3rd minute of the match. Elazar Patiño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to C.E.Laieta getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Santana Torrente hit a great ball. In the 6thth minute of the game Herminio Mudarra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.E.Laieta's Goren Cifuentes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elazar Patiño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Goren Cifuentes having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Herminio Mudarra in the 15th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a defensive mix-up in C.E.Laieta's zone, Herminio Mudarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Goren Cifuentes came out of the goal and Herminio Mudarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elazar Patiño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elazar Patiño in the 31st minute of play forced C.E.Laieta's goalkeeper Goren Cifuentes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of C.E.Laieta booed when Orihuela CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Garrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Herminio Mudarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.E.Laieta's goalkeeper Goren Cifuentes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Herminio Mudarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Goren Cifuentes having to interfere. Orihuela CF's Elazar Patiño got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Vacas to strike the kick off in the second half. Israel Costa's late challenge caught a C.E.Laieta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Israel Costa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of C.E.Laieta booed when Orihuela CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Israel Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52nd minute, Flor De Toro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes into the game, Mancio Quijana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.E.Laieta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orihuela CF the free kick. In the 56th match minute, C.E.Laieta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mancio Quijana to maneuver through the defense. Goren Cifuentes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Mudarra in the 64th minute of play. After having played for 66 minutes, Herminio Mudarra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orihuela CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herminio Mudarra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, C.E.Laieta's Igor Vacas got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, Santana Torrente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herminio Mudarra in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Goren Cifuentes saved C.E.Laieta from getting behind. Orihuela CF's Montay Prats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Vacas in the 79th minute of play. Matthew Cabezas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elazar Patiño got free with Goren Cifuentes in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 88 minutes, Herminio Mudarra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orihuela CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herminio Mudarra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Orihuela CF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.E.Laieta throughout the match.
