After 28 played minutes, Loreto's Dante Etxeberria shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Medero Calvo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Loreto reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Eskuin Gabas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Medero Calvo. That made the score 1-1 in the 31 minute of play. Etxepare Riells came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by The Team Royale's Gaizkine Cruz. But to his dismay, Gaizkine Cruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Toli Pena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Etxepare Riells tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Etxepare Riells took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaizkine Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Etxepare Riells throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gaizkine Cruz in the 58thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After having played for 61 minutes, Toli Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Team Royale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toli Pena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Loreto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dolfo Riba to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Loreto's Etxepare Riells got control of the ball when Toli Pena tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, The Team Royale's Toli Pena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Etxepare Riells narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Loreto's Sigfrido Flores got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaizkine Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Etxepare Riells tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Medero Calvo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eskuin Gabas in the 83rd minute of play. When Peli Estrada fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Team Royale's protests and gave Peli Estrada a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Peli Estrada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sigfrido Flores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 95 in the game by Toli Pena from a close distance when the talented Etxepare Riells managed to make a qualified save. Loreto's players were relieved.
