Adrián Villanueva hit a great ball. Dolfo Riba, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a little luck, Loreto's Etxepare Riells got control of the ball when Ulises Riells tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee showed Dubardo Camacho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Loreto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dubardo Camacho to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Etxepare Riells showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Campoamor, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 56 played minutes Castillo Pedroso SD got a freekick which was hit by Cordero Bravo. A hard shot 59 in the game by Sigfrido Flores from a close distance when the talented Alirio Santos managed to make a qualified save. Castillo Pedroso SD's players were relieved. 64 minutes into the game, Eskuin Gabas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alirio Santos. Eskuin Gabas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Castillo Pedroso SD's zone, Eskuin Gabas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alirio Santos came out of the goal and Eskuin Gabas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Loreto. Dolfo Riba stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alirio Santos. 1-2. If Eskuin Gabas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimundo Jubera struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Etxepare Riells didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castillo Pedroso SD. In the 89th match minute, Loreto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dolfo Riba to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Cordero Bravo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eskuin Gabas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Loreto left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Castillo Pedroso SD.
