The crowd rose to their feet as Brion F.C.'s Dagoberto Lacorte slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pankracy Solarek. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. Gabriel Ucero charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Ucero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 19 played minutes Las Quemadas got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Ucero. The nice shot from Primitivo Dellasierra in the 21stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Pankracy Solarek had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Dagoberto Lacorte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Brion F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Goyo Fuentes came free, but Quintin Urbieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Las Quemadas's Pankracy Solarek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Las Quemadas from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elivareo Herrera was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Brion F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Campos. Quintin Urbieta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elivareo Herrera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes in the game, Elivareo Herrera fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Quintin Urbieta having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Florentino Bergada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elivareo Herrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quintin Urbieta having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Brion F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Elivareo Herrera came free, but Quintin Urbieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elivareo Herrera in the 68th minute of play forced Brion F.C.'s goalkeeper Quintin Urbieta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Elivareo Herrera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Las Quemadas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brion F.C. the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elivareo Herrera in the 75th minute of play forced Brion F.C.'s goalkeeper Quintin Urbieta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Primitivo Dellasierra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Primitivo Dellasierra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Goyo Fuentes came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Las Quemadas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Goyo Fuentes couldn't finish the play. Goyo Fuentes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Quintin Urbieta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Elivareo Herrera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Quintin Urbieta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Goyo Fuentes put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Quintin Urbieta. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Brion F.C. had won after a very even match.
