Anastasio Canal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Marquez in the 4th minute of the match. Giro Babia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th match minute, La Riera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Marquez to maneuver through the defense. Lifa's Anastasio Canal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giro Babia in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Lifa's Polo Solera ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rainerio Paz. Rainerio Paz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Lifa getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Polo Solera hit a great ball. Silvano Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Anastasio Canal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mohamed Olmos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Silvano Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anastasio Canal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giro Babia, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Monte Guerrero managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Riera's supporters rose to their feet, but Monte Guerrero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anastasio Canal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, La Riera's goalkeeper Rainerio Paz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benito Barba. Xuaco Salazar charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xuaco Salazar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Xuaco Salazar hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Anastasio Canal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giro Babia in the 36th minute of play. Benito Barba struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Rainerio Paz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lifa. In the 40th minute, Polo Solera reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rainerio Paz. The goal made the score 2-0. Monte Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvano Marquez made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aya Saura in the 56th minute of play forced La Riera's goalkeeper Rainerio Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Polo Solera made a precise shot to the right of Rainerio Paz. La Riera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Aya Saura took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rainerio Paz. Rainerio Paz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The supporters of La Riera booed when Lifa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuel Rivera didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Riera's Rainerio Paz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Barba in the 77th minute of play. Giro Babia might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anastasio Canal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giro Babia ran back to his position shaking his head. Emmanuel Rivera kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Giro Babia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Riera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giro Babia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 87 minutes of play La Riera's Xuaco Salazar was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 87 played minutes La Riera got a freekick which was hit by Xuaco Salazar. 89 minutes into the match, Vigil Riba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rainerio Paz. La Riera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vigil Riba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Lifa were victorious despite being under pressure from La Riera for much of the match.
