Rompe-Piernas's zone, Kaiet Aballe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xesus Marrero came out of the goal and Kaiet Aballe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xesus Marrero made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Simon Benkó sent off a good shot on target. Ramon Txerran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfronso Lillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xesus Marrero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariano Risopatrón in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariano Risopatrón in the 25th minute of play forced C.D. Rompe-Piernas's goalkeeper Xesus Marrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 played minutes C.D. Rompe-Piernas got a freekick which was hit by Cerilo Japón. If Javier Valines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 29th minute, Ariano Risopatrón ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xesus Marrero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 31st minute, Cerilo Japón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simon Benkó who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Xesus Marrero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Kaiet Aballe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Ariano Risopatrón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xesus Marrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yosua Sirvent in the 39th minute of the match. Ariano Risopatrón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. C.D. Rompe-Piernas's Xesus Marrero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save C.D. Rompe-Piernas from getting a goal against them. Alfronso Lillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ramon Txerran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Ariano Risopatrón recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Xesus Marrero. Ariano Risopatrón showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Benkó was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Ariano Risopatrón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xesus Marrero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xesus Marrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaiet Aballe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.F Solsona's Marino Valines got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xesus Marrero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Benkó in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Simon Benkó ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xesus Marrero was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Romualdo Turienzo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Xesus Marrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yosua Sirvent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Placido Esperta's late challenge caught a C.D. Rompe-Piernas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Placido Esperta helped the player get up and apologised. Ramon Txerran had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Landolfo Sampil's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Landolfo Sampil scored 4-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramon Txerran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 76 minutes into the match, Ariano Risopatrón had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xesus Marrero. C.D. Rompe-Piernas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ariano Risopatrón was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. In the 80th minute, Alfronso Lillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Simon Benkó scored 6-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xesus Marrero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Simon Benkó might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xesus Marrero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Simon Benkó ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariano Risopatrón in the 97th minute of play forced C.D. Rompe-Piernas's goalkeeper Xesus Marrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C.D. Rompe-Piernas's Xesus Marrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaiet Aballe in the 98th minute of play. The C.F Solsona fans' excitement grew in the 99th match minute when C.F Solsona's Simon Benkó looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C.F Solsona fully deserved thier win.
