The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ioseba Gómez during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Venceslao Astudillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Egoi Litago went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Egoi Litago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venceslao Astudillo having to interfere. Venceslao Astudillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aniceto Iniesta's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. The supporters of Ertorm AD booed when Armallones UD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roldán Diez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Armallones UD's goalkeeper Xinto Ziguenza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cayo Ibanez. After some careless play in the Ertorm AD defense, Egoi Litago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Venceslao Astudillo. The Ertorm AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Venceslao Astudillo should have stopped the shot. Ioseba Gómez got his second yellow card in the match during the 35th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Armallones UD's Ioseba Gómez got a free kick in the 36th minute. Cayo Ibanez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xinto Ziguenza having to interfere. Xinto Ziguenza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Abancens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Platon Andres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 played minutes Claudio Benedicto scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Xinto Ziguenza who was too lazy, 1-3. Xinto Ziguenza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Abancens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 48 minutes, Egoi Litago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Armallones UD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Egoi Litago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Benedicto Abancens made the kick off in the second half. Ereinotz Amer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Venceslao Astudillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. When Cayo Ibanez came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Ertorm AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cayo Ibanez couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute, Ertorm AD's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Egoi Litago fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Platon Andres got free with Venceslao Astudillo in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xinto Ziguenza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Abancens in the 65th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Benedicto Abancens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xinto Ziguenza was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Xinto Ziguenza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayo Ibanez, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Egoi Litago blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Venceslao Astudillo having to make a save. When Benedicto Abancens came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Ertorm AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedicto Abancens couldn't finish the play. Cayo Ibanez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Xinto Ziguenza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Platon Andres had several of the Ertorm AD's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 80 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-4 score and a disappointed Venceslao Astudillo as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 83rd minute, Egoi Litago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Armallones UD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Egoi Litago blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Venceslao Astudillo having to make a save. With a little luck, Ertorm AD's Venceslao Astudillo got control of the ball when Egoi Litago tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cayo Ibanez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Xinto Ziguenza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 93 minutes into the game, when Roldán Diez put in a rough tackle. Armallones UD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
