The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With 3 minutes on the clock, Aresti Roig commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 2 minutes into the game, one of Llucmajor FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Benjamin Olmedo walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Alano Nieto was a little too slow when Quincy Battle got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 20 minutes, Xuoco Barrios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real NaiS Balompié and the Llucmajor FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Real NaiS Balompié was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xuoco Barrios to maneuver through the defense. Quincy Battle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cees Kosterman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Olmedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xiao Esteban in the 36th minute of play forced Llucmajor FC's goalkeeper Cees Kosterman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lamberto Incera during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Real NaiS Balompié getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Lamberto Incera hit a great ball. If Quincy Battle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xiao Esteban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cees Kosterman came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Real NaiS Balompié's Benjamin Olmedo. But to his dismay, Benjamin Olmedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pelayo Soto to strike the kick off in the second half. Humberto Ponce De Leon charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humberto Ponce De Leon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Llucmajor FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Humberto Ponce De Leon hit a great ball. Quincy Battle struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Alano Nieto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Llucmajor FC. When Xilo Palencia came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Llucmajor FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xilo Palencia couldn't finish the play. Quincy Battle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xiao Esteban's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Cees Kosterman skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Llucmajor FC's Cees Kosterman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Olmedo in the 72nd minute of play. Quincy Battle took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alano Nieto. Alano Nieto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. In the 79th minute Xuoco Barrios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cees Kosterman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Real NaiS Balompié booed when Llucmajor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Espiridion didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cees Kosterman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pelayo Soto in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quincy Battle in the 83rd minute of play forced Real NaiS Balompié's goalkeeper Alano Nieto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alano Nieto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quincy Battle, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 90th minute, Roberto Casillas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Real NaiS Balompié players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
