After a rather tough play, Barri De Porta AFC's Matthew Rojas got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 9th minute, Beltran Valines reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eron Fonticoba. The goal made the score 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Barri De Porta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Beltran Valines came free, but Eron Fonticoba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikola Idiaquez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eron Fonticoba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Beltran Valines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 24 minutes, Matthew Rojas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barri De Porta AFC and the Matola CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nikola Idiaquez got free with Eron Fonticoba in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eron Fonticoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beltran Valines in the 47th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Barri De Porta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Nikola Idiaquez came free, but Eron Fonticoba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Eron Fonticoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikola Idiaquez in the 53rd minute of play. Apal Caminero kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Barri De Porta AFC's Lucas Alfaro got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nikola Idiaquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Eron Fonticoba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Lucas Alfaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barri De Porta AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After a rather tough play, Barri De Porta AFC's Normando Ribas got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute, Normando Ribas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natxo Vega took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eron Fonticoba. Barri De Porta AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Lucas Alfaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Karmel Gómez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Alfaro got free with Aketza Cartagena in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucas Alfaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aketza Cartagena having to interfere. Lucas Alfaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aketza Cartagena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucas Alfaro ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Matola CF's zone, Karmel Gómez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aketza Cartagena came out of the goal and Karmel Gómez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 97th minute, Lucas Alfaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barri De Porta AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
