In the 7th match minute, Castellvi De La Marca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurgain Teresa to maneuver through the defense. Urbano Iglesias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Soto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Amador Tormes made a huge save. Amador Tormes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Solo in the 19th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santiago Soto got free with Amador Tormes in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Laurgain Teresa came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Castellvi De La Marca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laurgain Teresa couldn't finish the play. Argi Dobale blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco-Antonio Nunez having to make a save. Amador Tormes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Solo in the 33rd minute of the match. If Cipriano Solo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Argi Dobale came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Castellvi De La Marca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Argi Dobale couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the match, Formiche Bajo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tato De la Torre came free, but Marco-Antonio Nunez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Troy Carballido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cipriano Solo to make the kick off. Amador Tormes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Solo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Formiche Bajo AFC's Marco-Antonio Nunez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Argi Dobale in the 54th minute of play. Ciriaco Cuervas kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Marco-Antonio Nunez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tato De la Torre, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Marco-Antonio Nunez made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Argi Dobale sent off a good shot on target. Amador Tormes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Castellvi De La Marca's Tato De la Torre got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marco-Antonio Nunez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tato De la Torre's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Argi Dobale's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Marco-Antonio Nunez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Formiche Bajo AFC's zone, Laurgain Teresa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco-Antonio Nunez came out of the goal and Laurgain Teresa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tato De la Torre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marco-Antonio Nunez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tato De la Torre in the 96th minute of play. Castellvi De La Marca's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
