Burlada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caño Quebrado FC the free kick. In the 4th match minute, Burlada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arximiro Ribas to maneuver through the defense. Berdaitz Castelao struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Hermenegildo Martínez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burlada. After 9 played minutes Caño Quebrado FC got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Fonticoba. Hermenegildo Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mergildo Japón in the 19th minute of play. Eliu Contratas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Andres Jofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute Aratz Roca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Jofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Normando Canal during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Andres Jofre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aratz Roca went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Berdaitz Castelao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mergildo Japón charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mergildo Japón the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th match minute, Burlada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mergildo Japón to maneuver through the defense. Eliu Contratas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Jofre having to interfere. Aratz Roca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andres Jofre having to make a save. The supporters of Burlada booed when Caño Quebrado FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xiao Ucero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Berdaitz Castelao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Burlada players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Caño Quebrado FC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Mergildo Japón made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Caño Quebrado FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliu Contratas. Hermenegildo Martínez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mergildo Japón, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The audience was convinced that Mergildo Japón's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hermenegildo Martínez was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Xiao Ucero kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Hermenegildo Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mergildo Japón in the 64th minute of play. Andres Jofre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliu Contratas in the 65th minute. Aratz Roca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andres Jofre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Burlada's Andres Jofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aratz Roca in the 92nd minute of play. Andres Jofre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aratz Roca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berdaitz Castelao in the 96th minute of play forced Caño Quebrado FC's goalkeeper Hermenegildo Martínez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Burlada supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Caño Quebrado FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Caño Quebrado FC.
