After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Nora! In the 16th match minute, Caño Quebrado FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicodemo Manrique to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute of the match, Higinio Vacas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hermenegildo Martínez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Emeterio Laredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cruz Teresa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaac Escurza in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hermenegildo Martínez saved Caño Quebrado FC from getting behind. In the 42nd minute Eliu Contratas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emeterio Laredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isaac Escurza to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aratz Roca in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emeterio Laredo saved La Nora from getting behind. Emeterio Laredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aratz Roca in the 55th minute of the match. Emeterio Laredo made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Eliu Contratas sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to La Nora getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Francis Grau hit a great ball. Aratz Roca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emeterio Laredo having to interfere. Xiao Ucero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emeterio Laredo was a little too slow when Aratz Roca got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-2. Emeterio Laredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aratz Roca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermenegildo Martínez came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by La Nora's Higinio Vacas. But to his dismay, Higinio Vacas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 85 minutes into the match, Caño Quebrado FC's Aratz Roca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emeterio Laredo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Caño Quebrado FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
