Though ot was a great shot Chio's keeper Andoitz Ballesteros was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. The supporters of Ajamil SD booed when Chio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulin Alcaraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Chio's Oliviero Gimenez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lalla Paredes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ajamil SD's Edilberto Raya got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After some careless play in the Ajamil SD defense, Airas Cabada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lalla Paredes. The Ajamil SD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lalla Paredes should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Airas Cabada made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Lalla Paredes managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Chio's Oliviero Gimenez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lalla Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Airas Cabada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ajamil SD booed when Chio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Airas Cabada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
