Santiago Durango showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lalo Benito in the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Andrin De Pedro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Santiago Durango. The goal made the score 1-1. Andrin De Pedro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Santiago Durango tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st match minute, Sos Del Rey Catolico SD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mancio Llinares to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lalo Benito in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santiago Durango saved Godons from getting behind. Santiago Durango didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lalo Benito went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Santiago Durango stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrin De Pedro's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Lalo Benito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sos Del Rey Catolico SD's supporters rose to their feet, but Lalo Benito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santiago Durango breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute, Lalo Benito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Sos Del Rey Catolico SD booed when Godons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Domenech didn't get a good kick on the ball.
