The supporters of Soberron booed when SUPERSEVILLA F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Marines didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th match minute, SUPERSEVILLA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frantzes Clos to maneuver through the defense. Rai Estrada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Puig having to interfere. SUPERSEVILLA F.C.'s Alfons Gala got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barros Aznar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antxo Paredes having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Xurde Valines hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Soberron's Antxo Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Alonso in the 19th minute of play. After having played for 20 minutes, Alfons Gala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SUPERSEVILLA F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfons Gala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barros Aznar scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antxo Paredes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfons Gala in the 32nd minute of play forced Soberron's goalkeeper Antxo Paredes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Barros Aznar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SUPERSEVILLA F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Barros Aznar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alfons Gala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Antxo Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfons Gala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antxo Paredes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barros Aznar went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Laureano Puig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rai Estrada in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Soberron's goalkeeper Antxo Paredes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Barros Aznar. Laureano Puig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rai Estrada in the 67th minute of the match. Rai Estrada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Laureano Puig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfons Gala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antxo Paredes having to interfere. After some careless play in the Soberron defense, Barros Aznar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antxo Paredes. The Soberron fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antxo Paredes should have stopped the shot. 75 minutes into the game, SUPERSEVILLA F.C.'s Alfons Gala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antxo Paredes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Kevin Ocaña kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Toni Gene hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Soberron's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Barros Aznar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Alfons Gala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfons Gala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Antxo Paredes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
