The crowd rose to their feet as Once Unidos's Herminio Gasso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Indartsu Acedo. That made the score 0-3 after 52 minutes of play. After some careless play in the INTER-ONUBA SPORT defense, Cirilo Garzon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Indartsu Acedo. The INTER-ONUBA SPORT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Indartsu Acedo should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute Abel Uria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Indartsu Acedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Once Unidos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
