Arcadio Montero scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Atilano Grau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bibiano Herrero in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Babia saved Castrocan AFC from getting behind. Arcadio Montero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Atilano Grau made a huge save. In the 19th minute, Castrocan AFC's Amador Marin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Atilano Grau. Atilano Grau yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When the match had been going on for 24 minutes, Castrocan AFC's Zadornin Pedrosa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Atilano Grau. Atilano Grau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Marin in the 28th minute of the match. Maule Mondejar charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maule Mondejar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, REAL SOCIEDAD's Maule Mondejar got a free kick in the 34th minute. Castrocan AFC's Zadornin Pedrosa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 35th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Atilano Grau but with some difficulty. If Bazil Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bazil Rodriguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Castrocan AFC's Zadornin Pedrosa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Atilano Grau but with some difficulty. Bazil Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Babia having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Castrocan AFC's Arcadio Montero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tonio Acha made a kick off. Bazil Rodriguez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bazil Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Octavio Babia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilano Grau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Marin in the 56th minute of the match. Maule Mondejar struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Octavio Babia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for REAL SOCIEDAD. Atilano Grau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xinto Coira in the 59th minute of play. Atilano Grau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xinto Coira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of REAL SOCIEDAD booed when Castrocan AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ursino Mayor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bibiano Herrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atilano Grau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arcadio Montero, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Atilano Grau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 75 minutes, Zuri Huerta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. REAL SOCIEDAD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zuri Huerta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bazil Rodriguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 played minutes Castrocan AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amador Marin. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frechoso Palencia during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Castrocan AFC booed when REAL SOCIEDAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frechoso Palencia didn't get a good kick on the ball. REAL SOCIEDAD's Maule Mondejar got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 91 minutes of play, Castrocan AFC's Xinto Coira made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atilano Grau was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Castrocan AFC had won after a very even match.
