But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toño Macías couldn't finish the play. Cospeito's Jusepe Bastida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Cospeito from getting a goal against them. Fructuoso Armada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jusepe Bastida having to interfere. Fructuoso Armada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Jusepe Bastida made a huge save.
