When Rios Titos came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Reba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rios Titos couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute, Elias Suarez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Depeche Mode C.F. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 22nd minute there was a penalty for Depeche Mode C.F.. Ganix Santos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Goiz Ziguenza. 1-3. 27 minutes into the match, Cordairo Silvestre notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Reba's Goiz Ziguenza. Goiz Ziguenza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Goiz Ziguenza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Suarez in the 37th minute of play. Tito Sobera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Indar Abajas having to make a save. When Cordairo Silvestre fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Depeche Mode C.F.'s protests and gave Cordairo Silvestre a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes Depeche Mode C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Cordairo Silvestre. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toño Jareño to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Elias Suarez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Goiz Ziguenza. The goal made the score 1-5. Tito Sobera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Tito Sobera made a precise shot to the right of Indar Abajas. Depeche Mode C.F.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. Tito Sobera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Depeche Mode C.F. getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Pepe Rosas hit a great ball. Depeche Mode C.F.'s Cordairo Silvestre got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reba's Goiz Ziguenza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toño Jareño in the 78th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Depeche Mode C.F.'s Goiz Ziguenza threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Toño Jareño, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Elias Suarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Goiz Ziguenza made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Suarez got free with Goiz Ziguenza in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Reba's Goiz Ziguenza got control of the ball when Elias Suarez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Indar Abajas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tito Sobera in the 89th minute of the match. Tito Sobera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tito Sobera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Indar Abajas having to interfere. The Reba manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Depeche Mode C.F. to win.
