The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Barcena UD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leza AFC the free kick. After 90 minutes of play Leza AFC's Rio Mata was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Barcena UD booed when Leza AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rio Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Víctor Sainz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aritz Gibert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Víctor Sainz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aritz Gibert in the 93rd minute of play. If Rexino Camara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute.
