When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Eligio Fresnos put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gustavo Odín. With 15 minutes on the clock, Raúl Zurica commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave Priego De Cordoba AD a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Naldo Camino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Semper Fidelis's Gustavo Odín. 0-2. In the 20th minute Eligio Fresnos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Odín saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Llin Huerta to make the kick off. The supporters of Priego De Cordoba AD booed when Semper Fidelis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrin Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eligio Fresnos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Odín read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Gustavo Odín made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Llin Huerta in the 81st minute of play. Llin Huerta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Semper Fidelis's goal looked a bit too open when Llin Huerta came free, but Gustavo Odín reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Odín showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Llin Huerta, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Llin Huerta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eligio Fresnos took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustavo Odín. Gustavo Odín dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Priego De Cordoba AD had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
