MontRoig FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hercules C.F. the free kick. A collision led to MontRoig FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Damian Laredo hit a great ball. Claudinei Negri scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iago Sainz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes in the game, Claudinei Negri fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Iago Sainz having to interfere. Marcio Castaño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iago Sainz having to interfere. Alejandro Gonzáles's late challenge caught a Hercules C.F.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejandro Gonzáles helped the player get up and apologised. Marcio Castaño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iago Sainz having to interfere. Iago Sainz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinei Negri, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 28thth minute of the game Claudinei Negri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MontRoig FC's Iago Sainz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mosen Quintana charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mosen Quintana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to MontRoig FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Mosen Quintana hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Marcio Castaño took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Iago Sainz to make any attempt to save it. Iago Sainz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinei Negri in the 41st minute of play. During the 42nd minute of the match Alejandro Gonzáles completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alejandro Gonzáles a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Alejandro Gonzáles hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mosen Quintana made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in MontRoig FC's zone, Claudinei Negri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iago Sainz came out of the goal and Claudinei Negri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Quin Patiño fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MontRoig FC's protests and gave Quin Patiño a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes MontRoig FC got a freekick which was hit by Quin Patiño. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind MontRoig FC's goalkeeper Iago Sainz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Claudinei Negri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iago Sainz having to interfere. If Marcio Castaño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcio Castaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Marcio Castaño made a precise shot to the right of Iago Sainz. MontRoig FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0.
