Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cabreiros's Peter Blazquez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Blai Garrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 7 minutes, Peter Blazquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabreiros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Blazquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cabreiros's Alano Casals got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Peter Blazquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reemy Beeckmans was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santxo Santander in the 12th minute of play forced Cabreiros's goalkeeper Martín Lagunas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peter Blazquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reemy Beeckmans having to interfere. After having played for 16 minutes, Xurde Palomares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabreiros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xurde Palomares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alano Casals who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Reemy Beeckmans when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, Cabreiros's goal looked a bit too open when Santxo Santander came free, but Martín Lagunas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reemy Beeckmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Blazquez in the 21st minute of play. Santxo Santander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Martín Lagunas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cabreiros's zone, Blai Garrido stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martín Lagunas came out of the goal and Blai Garrido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Reemy Beeckmans successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Martín Lagunas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santxo Santander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Blai Garrido to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Constantino Calvo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martín Lagunas, 0-1. Peter Blazquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alano Casals in the 61st minute of play forced Joventut Esportiva Flix's goalkeeper Reemy Beeckmans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cabreiros's Martín Lagunas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blai Garrido in the 63rd minute of play. Martín Lagunas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santxo Santander in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute Alano Casals shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reemy Beeckmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santxo Santander kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Peter Blazquez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cabreiros's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Blazquez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reemy Beeckmans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peter Blazquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Reemy Beeckmans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reemy Beeckmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Blazquez in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Peter Blazquez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reemy Beeckmans was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cabreiros had played much better football throughout.
