Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ritchie Vallejo got the match started through his kick off. Caton Bargas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Alejo Lozano made a huge save. Alejo Lozano was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Neron Sánchez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Neron Sánchez really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 16 minutes of play, Vilalta's Quico Martin made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fresco Guijarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 19th minute, Macerio Llorente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Vilalta's zone, Macerio Llorente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejo Lozano came out of the goal and Macerio Llorente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Caton Bargas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alejo Lozano made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Aurelio Soldado sent off a good shot on target. Aurelio Soldado succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 41st playminute. Vilalta's Alejo Lozano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Vilalta from getting a goal against them.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Neron Sánchez to strike the kick off in the second half. Neron Sánchez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Vilalta booed when UD Collerense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ponciano Feliu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Macerio Llorente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alejo Lozano was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Aparicio Espinosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 66 played minutes Vilalta got a freekick which was hit by Jaizki Encina. If Macerio Llorente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejo Lozano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Soldado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Soldado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Lozano having to interfere. After some careless play in the Vilalta defense, Macerio Llorente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alejo Lozano. The Vilalta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejo Lozano should have stopped the shot. Aurelio Soldado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Lozano having to interfere. If Macerio Llorente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute Neron Sánchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Lozano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. UD Collerense walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
