Maximo Ermengol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Indar Campomanes made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Anxelu Serrano sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the match, Arturo Escurza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iratxo Ortiz. Silla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arturo Escurza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Timon Eigner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anxelu Serrano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iratxo Ortiz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Monistrol De Montserrat CD's Arturo Escurza shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Arturo Escurza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Iratxo Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Arturo Escurza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Monistrol De Montserrat CD's Indar Campomanes got control of the ball when Anxelu Serrano tried to sneak it across the goal line.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arturo Escurza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Arturo Escurza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Monistrol De Montserrat CD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arturo Escurza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Monistrol De Montserrat CD made a substitution. Vinicio Herrera replaced Gregorio Fernandez. Iratxo Ortiz made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Arturo Escurza sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Silla's Iratxo Ortiz got control of the ball when Arturo Escurza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arturo Escurza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Iratxo Ortiz made a huge save. Vinicio Herrera in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iratxo Ortiz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anxelu Serrano in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Indar Campomanes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Monistrol De Montserrat CD eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
