Rai Campello showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Mariano Amer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Matarrepudio SD booed when EUPMT United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rico Quiroga didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Cirino Leyva in the 17th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Bastian Gala's left hand side. After 18 minutes, Mariano Amer made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Matarrepudio SD's Nahia Murcia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Leopoldo Cabada came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the EUPMT United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopoldo Cabada couldn't finish the play. Nahia Murcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oton Duran in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rico Quiroga in the 40th minute of play forced Matarrepudio SD's goalkeeper Nahia Murcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nahia Murcia made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Mariano Amer sent off a good shot on target. After 44 played minutes Matarrepudio SD got a freekick which was hit by Cirino Leyva. Mariano Amer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Mariano Amer made the kick off in the second half. If Leopoldo Cabada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. In the 92nd minute Bautista Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nahia Murcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bautista Rico in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nahia Murcia saved Matarrepudio SD from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the EUPMT United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
